MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS to the founders of with opening their fifth venue in Angel, Islington!
The guys worked hard to deliver the best products of France to our tables! They have received a honourable 3rd place in the National croissants competition, which makes them 2nd best croissant makers in London (The Savoy came first) They make the most delicious baguettes, bread and pastries. And we are so proud to a part of their journey! Bonne chance, les gars !!!

Woof woof 🐶

I made this macarons a while ago, not for kids party, as you might have thought, but for a corporate event in IT company! The meaning behind was “dogfooding” or “eating your own dog food” which in tech world means that employees use their own company’s software before customers do.

Milk chocolate and coconut macarons. Smooth milk chocolate and rich, creamy, full of flavour coconut meat in the centre, make a gorgeous combination. If you like chocolate bar you will like these macarons.

Almost like any French dish, this pastry has a unique story of origin and somehow it ties to biking, not just baking. In 1910 French chef Louis Durand created this delicious pastry, topped with roasted almonds and hazelnuts and filled with luxurious mousseline hazelnut cream, just to celebrate a bicycle race called Paris- Brest-Paris. Paris Brest pastry quickly became popular and today it’s a firm favourite and classic dessert in many patisseries.
