What a fnatasic weekend of bush craft skills with . For those of you looking to slow down, learn some new skills and reconnect with a simpler way of being I would recommend Gary, Nicola and Andy . The two-day bushcraft skills weekend was perfect to whet the appetite for more learning and more time spent in the forests. Thank you to , and for a wonderful weekend. I can't ever remember seeing more beautiful autumnal colour in Scotland. It was a privilege to attend the Creative Light Festival with my dear friend . A line up of excellent speakers .ritchie and an amazing group of talented, kind and welcoming creative people. I left with a soul nourished by breathtaking nature and human connection.

I am taking on Paul Sanders] challenge to explore . I can think of nothing more mundane than a clothesline and its pegs. However, today I found myself reflecting on how these little mechanical marvels can hang on to things much heavier than themselves and keep them from falling to the ground. It was a beautiful moment to recognise small can be mighty and magnificent. Thank you Paul Paul Sanders] for the inspiration to see beauty in the everyday.🙏

Foraged food. Wild garlic and walnut pesto. This has become an annual tradition for us. The harvesting of just enough for two meals was a glorious end to our barefoot adventure yesterday. Nature is bountiful when we live in balance and in harmony with her.

What a beautiful walk out along the winterbourne Lavant and up onto the Trundle. I was taken by the beautiful contrast of green and white in the landscape as the frost melted away and the sun warmed the earth. We were treated to the most spectacular array of bird songs which filled our ears and hearts with joy.

I love the shapes and shadows of the beach huts, but the photo wasn't that interesting. A little bit of fun with editing and now we have something that is much more interesting to look at. A good reminder to have a go and see what you can create. Don't be constrained by your first impression.

A lovely way to spend the valentines weekend with my wifey. A beautiful trip to the Yorkshire Dales. Granted, the weather turned hideous, but before it did, we did ok for beautiful sites. Of course, no van-venture is without a small drama. This trip we had to contend with a nearly airborne toilet tent in the middle of the night. All good material for the memoirs 🤣❤️
