A quick message to all my customers:
As many of you know, this is a one-person business. I handle everything myselfβfrom enquiries and quotations to carrying out the work on site.
I always do my best to respond promptly and complete jobs as quickly as possible, but there are times when demand is exceptionally high and there simply aren't enough hours in the day.
Like many people, I also have a family, and while I'm committed to providing the best service I can, I try to keep weekends for family time and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. That means I may not always respond to messages or carry out work outside of normal working hours.
I genuinely appreciate every customer and every enquiry, and I'm working hard to keep up with the workload. If I'm a little slower than usual getting back to you or getting round to your job, please know that I haven't forgotten about you.
All I ask is for a little patience and understanding while I work through my schedule. I can only do what I can, and I'd much rather take the time to do a job properly than rush it.
