Milk Chocolate - Blood Orange - Rich 🍫🍊
Finca Andalucía is a family run and operated business. Most of the property is planted with coffee varieties like Bourbon and Pacamara. There are many factors which influence its particular cup and grain characteristics, some of which are: excellent altitude, abundant water springs, dark volcanic soil, cool and fresh subtropical climate.
The production process is managed in a traditional way: coffee is grown under just the right number of shade trees, especially those from the Inga family. The many other varieties of shade trees planted in the farm, makes Andalucía a heavily eco-friendly and diversely tree planted property. The farm conserves a natural rainforest, which is hundreds of years old and serves as habitat for innumerable animal species.
