IB Maths mentorship programmes kicked off. The first one had just one student in it out of room for 8. And I see that genuinely as a decent success. This idea:
💡 didnt exist when I started out RS
💡 Took some months of tinkering and iterating
💡 has been communicated as a structured group program to move away from 1-1s
💡 has resulted in genuine interest and has resulted in someone deciding that this is an investment worth both their time and money
Did I realistically expect that group to fill by Day 1? Don’t be absurd 😂
Everything starts from somewhere. I’m proud to see my idea come into fruition, be in a position to decline 1-1 tuition and decline work offered to me by 3rd party tuition centres and stay in control of my venture rather than trade my time to grow the success of someone else’s.
That means for my AASL Year 1 group, you now know there are 7 spaces left 😂
Looking forward to seeing how the mentorship journey goes. And I have sign ups already for AAHL and AASL Y2 😎
Let’s report back in a year’s time how it’s gone!
