Glasgow AAT Branch's next branch meeting and AGM is being held on Saturday 25th of April 2026 at Radisson Blu Argyle Street, Glasgow, tea, coffee and pastries with a chance to catch up with fellow finance professionals and students from 9.30am.

Avril Craig is then presenting a payroll update from 10am covering the upcoming changes in SSP, mandatory payrolling of benefits and the new Fair Work Agency among other topics.

After the seminar we are holding our AGM and this is the chance for everyone to have their chance to put forward their choice of topics for the future year.

We finish at 1pm so there is still plenty of the day left for making the most of your Saturday in Glasgow city centre.

We are pleased to announce that our February Branch meeting and CPD event is taking place on Saturday 21st of February at Radisson Blu Argyle Street, Glasgow. Tea, coffee and pastries are available from 9.30am.
Laura Rennie MSc. Chartered FCIPD will be presenting an interactive presentation for us on Managing Change in an Everchanging World.

Don't forget to book your place online at MYAAT or send me a message to add you to the list so we can have your pastries and mid morning hot rolls ready for you.

Packing up time is 12.30pm so you still have time for a sneaky shopping trip or bar lunch.

Our next Glasgow Branch meeting is being held at Radisson Blu, Argyle Street, Glasgow on Saturday 22nd of November.

Registration starts at 9.30am with tea, coffee and pastries available and an opportunity to meet new friends and catch up with old ones.

The presentation will start at 10am, Steve Collings will be providing all of us with an update on the Financial Reporting Standards.

There will be a break for the usual hot rolls and the meeting will end at 12.30pm.

If you have any specific questions you want Steve to cover, please contact me before the meeting so they can be passed on.

Remember to book our upcoming CPD event on Saturday 20th of September. We will be at on Argyle Street Glasgow as usual.

Tea, Coffee and pastries available from 930am, Michael McAllister will be starting his seminar at 10am on payroll management and employee benefits.

Hot rolls will be available at 11am for a short break with the overall meeting finishing between 12 and 1230 depending on how many questions you have for Michael.
