When I look at my life now⌠I realise how much my priorities in business have changed.
A few years ago, I thought success meant:
working constantly,
being available 24/7,
and wearing âbusyâ like a badge of honour.
Now?
I care more about building businesses that actually run properly.
Businesses with:
good systems,
good communication,
good structure,
and a life outside of them.
Running both businesses has taught me that growth means nothing if everything still relies on you doing absolutely everything.
Because eventuallyâŚ
the chaos catches up.
And honestly, thatâs become a huge part of what Iâm passionate about now.
Helping businesses feel:
lighter,
cleaner,
more organised,
and actually scalable.
Not just âbusy.â
The goal was never to build a business that takes over my life.
It was to build one that supports itâ¤ď¸
