Side of the property was a big project .
Lots of cracks and paint peeling.
This needed to be corrected and re- rendered .
The whole side of the house gets the full brunt of the weather , again the paint used is a pliolite oil base, this will protect the render from all weather .

I normally start from the top down , due to higher winds and rain I’ve had to work backwards, slowly coming together.

Around the front of the property the render has been painted in the porch and beneath the front windows

Still a work in progress, hopefully the weather can remain dry for the next week ☔️

All drain pipes covered, these will be painted Matt black by Zinsser all coat when finished.

Exterior property under way .
As you can see from the pictures , the exterior had lots of hairline cracks , these had to be gauged out and repaired.
In lots of areas the paint was bubbling and peeling .
The old paint had to be scraped away and sanded down.
The areas were rendered and rubbed back ready for the top coat .
The paint being applied to this property is a pliolite paint by Armstead.
It’s a high oil paint that has to be painted in stages.
