I have had the honour of working within the social care sector for over twenty years. The majority of this time has been spent working as a qualified Registered Manager, working within and alongside local authorities and educational institutes with vulnerable young people and adults with complex needs. I take pride in striving to constantly develop both myself and those who I work alongside to ach
ieve the best possible outcomes. Like many of us who work in the care sector, over the years I have worked in a number of settings which have presented many difficult and challenging situations. Challenging work environments such as these make it imperative that the training offered is of the highest quality, so that employees are not left feeling ill-informed or unprepared. The training programme I have devised operates from the unique perspective of someone who has worked within the care sector for a number of years. E.T.S training covers techniques that have been adapted to work within realistic working environments, working with awareness and within current Law and Legislations. Our goal at E.T.S is to provide an empathic training service which best meets practice and service requirements, tailored to meet and support your organisation’s needs and requirements, from bespoke training through to BTEC qualifications. All training has been approved by the National Federation for Personal Safety (NFPS) Ltd.
