An HMO conversion of a 4 bed house to a 6 bed HMO!

On this one I even designed the layout of the property with the designing the practical side of things ensuite placement, plumbing and Electrics, with the client taking a mor active role in the interior design.

This all takes planning with the team, design and regulations, once these are in place it is time to manage those sections there is a lot of moving parts to manage moving forward to get the project delivered.

Here is a start to finish Build process for removing an old conservatory and building a single storey Extension.

Remember there is alot of work that went in before the first showel broke ground. I like to say 80% is in the planning and preperation.

Taking the time to talk to the client about expectations design and use of the space.

A bathroom appointment yesterday to discuss ideas with the client who would like to change the bath to a shower enclosure.

You maybe thinking, what will I do about the tiles, as from the bath down they will be missing.
⁉️
we are going to remove all the tiles in the area, as the client loves the ply backed laminate shower panels like the style in the picture attached to this post.

Another suggestion is to creat niches in the boxing at the end of the bath which we know only holds the 4 inch wast pipe, this way it allows for storage and less clutter from the shampoo etc.
