We were called to a property over the Christmas holidays as the heating system kept dropping pressure. We carried out our leak detection inside the property, but we couldn't find anything inside.
We then took our investigation outside and using the thermal imaging camera, we were able to locate the heating pipes. We then used the microphone and pinpointed an area in the duct that was giving high readings. We then exposed the pipework and were able to pressure test this area of pipe and we could see it was still dropping pressure. We then carried out an emergency repair and the heating was back up and running. We have now returned and dug up the back patio area and installed new ducting and lagged pipework with the paving due to be completed tomorrow.

Leak detected using the acoustic microphones and repaired,
Trace and access works completed,
The bathroom stripped out,
Dehumidifier starting the drying process,
Schedule of works completed for the insurance company,
All completed over the Bank Holiday, taking away the stress for the home owner

Another successful leak detected last week in the Waterside area. The leak was detected and isolated and is now currently in the hands of our loss assessor who is now managing the claim for the client.

Tracks reinstated with floor Screed,

Job now passed to our loss assessor to deal with the claim on behalf of the client.
