Complete removal of a Beech tree following a successful Tree Preservation Order (TPO) application submitted by White Rose Tree Care Ltd.

This tree was heavily affected by Meripilus giganteus fungus. This is a specific fungus that causes white rot which, once established, the infection cannot be effectively removed. You can spot this fungus as it presents as large mushrooms that grows on the base of tree stumps.

The team submitted an application to remove this tree to the council which was approved and the tree swiftly & safely removed.

Silver Birch Crown Reduction 👌🏽

Reducing the canopy of this silver birch aids its longevity. Purposefully reducing the canopy as we approach winter helps to prevent any damage by snapped branches and improves the overall health of the tree. A dense canopy also blocks sunlight and removing excess branches encourages air flow through the tree which can prevent fungal buildup and disease. This customer also has a BT line running through the tree, so by controlling the density, it ensures there are no issues with their BT line.

All cuts made is line with British Standard 3998 👌🏽
