AI can write reports.
AI can summarise pipelines.
AI can draft emails, score deals, flag risk, prep coaching notes, and surface insights in seconds.

Which leads to a very uncomfortable — but necessary — truth:
If AI can do your job tasks, then your real value can’t come from those tasks.

Your value must come from leadership.

From the things AI can’t do:
