It was wonderful to be able to meet up with Aretha Rutherford today and her totally awesome pup, Zuri (I mean, look at that face!) Last summer, we co-authored a chapter exploring neurodiversity in the workplace as part of . It’s been amazing, surreal, and a bit terrifying to see it published last week. It builds on our own research and experience, and the contributions of many working in this space. Our thanks go to all those who supported the work.

To Rob Nathan, Kate Mansfield RCDP, Frances Cushway and Gilly Freedman, thank you for the opportunity to be part of this project, it's been 'quite the experience'! Top Team.

If you are looking for inspiration to support meaningful conversations in your workplace by getting a deeper understanding of the lives and experiences of those you work with, this might just be a great place to start.

Chapters include:
* The nature of holistic career coaching
* Early/mid/late career experience
* Supporting neurodiversity in the workplace
* Supporting the transitions of career returners
* Supporting parents in their careers through parental leave and beyond
* Talking about the menopause at work
* Creating a successful programme of career support

*Plus* 15 career tools that you can adapt for your own workplace.

I recently had a paper published, looking at the career strengths and successes of adults with ADHD. It's been a very long time in the process, but am really pleased to have got it over the line.

If you are an ADHDer yourself, I hope that this paper resonates. If you're not, I hope it gives you some interesting insights into how we experience these things.

And, also, very belated thanks to Hellen Madden for rescuing me many years ago by putting my hand-drawn scribbles into an actual, professional-looking model x

So this is a post for folks local to , where it all began. It's taken a while to find the right business, but I have finally found a fabulous new owner for the office, and am handing over the keys/baton today. I'll let her reveal her plans, but I think it will be a really lovely addition to the High Street.

Since I stopped working from the office in March 2020, I have been growing my practice online and am now working exclusively via zoom. It seems to be working well all round, meaning that I can work with clients from much further afield, and it's easier for clients to 'pop in' for a meeting (although I miss being able to put the kettle on for people!)

So, thank you to everyone who supported me in the local area over the last nine years, and hope stay in touch. x

I appreciate that I am not the most consistent of posters on this site, but I always look out for the announcement of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work. 2023 Awards are out today.
