This was the final stop in a series of incredible roadshows across the UK and Ireland, what a journey it’s been!

Here's a bit more in-depth chit-chat from me on ROI of your marketing - it seems to be a hot topic with my clients at the moment, so here's a bit more information on how to measure your marketing.

Here's a summary:

✅ Plot the buyer’s quest – From “Hmm, interesting LinkedIn post” to “Take my money!” – if you don’t track the journey, you’re basically playing marketing hide and seek.

✅ Stop sending people into the website wilderness – A homepage isn’t a treasure map. Use proper landing pages or risk your leads wandering off forever.

✅ Spreadsheet = your new best mate – It's not sexy, but it works. Track who’s looking, clicking, downloading… and ghosting. (So you know who to lovingly stalk follow up with.)

A little tip we use with our clients:

📌 Plot out the customer journey like the diagram attached
💡 Why? It gets you thinking like your buyer "mmm .. what do i need?"
📌 Then think of the questions before, during and after
💡 Why? So you can produce content that answers those questions
💡 Why? So when your audience is researching, they find your content
💡 Why? Your content means they are in front of your brand and are more likely to see YOU!
