Its mental health awareness week.. How is everyone feeling? Tips:
1) Write down 1-10 how you are feeling
2) Ensure you walk daily in nature, even if only 20 minutes
3) Take time out to relax and for you
4) Stop and breathe and allow things to just be
5) Allow your-self to be honest to someone else about how you are feeling.
