Fancy fishing from your bedroom window ๐ŸŽฃ

With property you can!

Another repeat developer client of ours approached us to design a replacement dwelling for the dilapidated building that was previously on the site.

Due to the sites location a modest front elevation was proposed but to the rear was a different story!

This special site located in Earith, Cambridgeshire benefitted from its own mooring rights and access straight onto the river which we wanted to take advantage of ๐Ÿ˜

A large vaulted glazed apex and balcony was proposed in the master bedroom suite to give the residents uninterrupted views over the river and surrounding landscape. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป

The open and light theme continues on the ground floor with multiple sets of bi-folding doors that open the living space onto the beautiful rear garden

Definitely a dream house for any budding fisherman out there!

What a site transformation ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป ๐Ÿคฉ

We were approached by a repeat developer client of ours to completely enhance and maximise the potential of this site in Epsom, London.

Not only have we completely restored, revitalised and extended the existing property on the site we also gained planning approval for another large detached property on underutilised space within the site. ๐Ÿ 

Maximising the returns for our client while at the same time providing 2 fantastic family homes in a highly desirable and sort after location.

Another stunning site transformation from the E Team! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป

This time on a former police station in Bottisham, Cambridgeshire. ๐Ÿ‘ฎ๐Ÿผ

Ely planning were approached to secure planning approval to redevelop this former police station located in Bottisham.

After working closely with the client and local authority we were granted permission for this apartment block containing 9 units.

The proposals completely transformed this site as can be seen from the before photo included and now the site is shining! ๐Ÿคฉ

Another throwback Thursday, this time something completely different to our last post! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป ๐Ÿ˜Ž

A well respected and highly successful developer from Central London commissioned us to negotiate planning for 3No. detached modern properties on a constrained site within the heart of Willingham, Cambridgeshire.

After several months working closely with the client and the local authority we came up with a unique scheme that enhanced the site and its surroundings.

We originally designed and got planning approval for these stunning homes way back in 2014! ๐Ÿคฏ

10 years later and we still receive a lot of comments on these properties, what do you guys think?

Ely planning was approached by a regular developer client of ours to secure planning approval for 2 large detached properties in Saxon Street, Newmarket.๐ŸŽ

After working closely with the local planning authority and developer we were granted permission for both of these properties, in fact this particular properly is for sale right now! Check out Rightmove for more details!

A sensitive location required a traditional design but we still wanted to incorporate some more modern design features to enable views of the stunning local landscape.๐ŸŒณ

Another stunning traditional scheme we have had the pleasure of working on. ๐Ÿ˜

This super high specification 6 bedroom family home was just one of 11 dwellings for a developer client who we have worked with for over 10 years.

These homes are situated in the heart of Bassingbourn, South Cambridgeshire adjacent to Bassingbourn Village College and have been finished to such a high standard. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป

We are very proud of these and are excited to see the rest of the dwellings once finished!

Throwback Thursday, and boy is she a beauty! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

This stunning property was designed to replace a dilapidated detached house in Great Shelford, Cambridgeshire.

The property features 6 Double Bedrooms, 9 Bathrooms/W.Cโ€™s, Cinema room, Open Plan Living/Kitchen/Dining Areas, large family spaces and a Library spread over 3 floors. Not only that it featured some super impressive technology such as a finger print entry scanner system and every automatic feature you can imagine!

The property was located in the Green Belt and outside of Shelfordโ€™s development envelope but after working closely with the developer and local planning authority planning approval was granted in 2015. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป

We were super pleased with the result which allowed our client to construct a property twice the size of the original house.

Construction work started in June 2015 and finished in 2016 and it still looks incredible to this day.

P.S if youโ€™re passing Through Great Shelford on the train you can easily spot this beauty nestled in the Cambridgeshire countryside. ๐Ÿก

As promised this is just one of the exciting projects we wanted to share with you that was finished last year.

We were approached to design a contemporary family home in the heart of Ely for a private client.

We saw this project from initial conception, through the planning process and to completion. Using fantastic local builders and craftsmen this project turned out great!๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป

Even the rain canโ€™t stop this building from shining! ๐Ÿ˜Ž
