A personal post for me this week! I’ve been a bit quiet recently but all for good reason and all thanks to this little munchkin, who turns 3 weeks on Thursday!

As usual though, I’m looking forward to getting back in the swing of things at tomorrows networking event at The EpiCentre Haverhill.

This little one will also be making an appearance too!

Today, I thought I'd share a motivational quote that's relevant for me, both personally and professionally...

The last few weeks have been extremely busy networking and making new connections, plus providing tailored HR support for some of my first clients. After experiencing at 34 weeks pregnant, I now await my impending arrival, though rather impatiently.

This only reminds me of how important it is to be patient and wait for the positives, because they will come. There is certainly hard work to put in when it comes to setting up a new business and growing a human, but it's all worth it in the end.

Look out for my June top tips on over the next few weeks as I continue to share useful updates and engage with more connections and businesses.

It's been 2 weeks since I launched my new business with face2faceHR, and how's it gone so far...?

Since launching my new business, life has been a whirlwind of activity! From attending networking events to supporting fellow HR professionals, all while juggling the demands of caring for a sick toddler - it's definitely been a balancing act!

You may have seen me at one of The EpiCentre's monthly networking events, or BNI, or perhaps a Chamber of Commerce event in Suffolk.

I've also been given the opportunity to provide advice to aspiring HR professionals following the launch of my business. Some of those professionals are looking to take their first step into the HR consultancy world and some of those are looking to take their first step into the world of HR.
