Second year accounts filed ✅
Even with the change in direction of the company this year and the large investments, we still managed to make a small profit ✅
The development of our partnership agreements and the continued expansion of our customer base is definitely contributing to our long term growth and success ✅
Some more customer visits and interactions this week. Best part of our week, being face to face with customers and building relationships ✅

Great meeting with my warehouse company, planning for the next steps is well underway ✅
Got some great new enquiries to develop. ✅
More orders coming through more frequently now ✅
Even managed to have dinner with our old manager, nice catch up ……

This week’s post has me reflecting on a busy week of growing!
Two day round trip to Hungary at the beginning of the week, catching up with a very important customer, building relationships with new colleagues and exploring continued growth ✅
Second VAT submission made and paid ✅
Had a great meeting about European VAT registration as well, decided on France, getting prepared for the eu exports. ✅
Met with our website company to finalise the recent changes. Should be ready to launch again soon! ✅
Quotations, orders, deliveries still ongoing ✅
Now it’s time to switch off for a couple of days before being on the road again next week ….

Had some good customer visits this week. Great part of our business ethic, being able to spend time with customers, helping them get to the bottom of their issues, building relationships, both key to a long term customer relationships. ✅
Getting close to being able to announce some exciting news. Been a long time in the making, but we are getting there. ✅
Month end activities completed, preparing for the next VAT submission, things are definitely going in the right direction. ✅
Off on my travels overseas next week. ..

Lots of emails and orders ✅
Customer interactions on teams and telephone, back in the road next week ✅
Accounting analysis and synchronisation of our ERP system with our accounts system for our year end so we can submit our tax return for the second year ✅
Preparing for our second VAT return. ✅
More stock analysis and finalising our next stock order ✅
Q1 reporting and analysis for one of our partners ✅
Discussions regarding increasing our insurance due to our forecast growth this year ✅
More input on the changes to our new web site ✅
It’s been all go this week, wry positive and now it’s the weekend ….
