📈 What a day at The BGA Club!

Over 20 ambitious business owners came together at Shensish Manor to spend a day working ON their businesses, not just IN it.

The morning kicked off with my Business Implementor Coaching Session, every member completed their 120-Day Growth Plan for June to September.

✅ Clear targets
✅ Financial goals
✅ Marketing actions
✅ Sales actions
✅ Accountability

Everyone left with a clear roadmap for the next four months.

🍽️ We then enjoyed our monthly networking lunch, sharing ideas, challenges and opportunities with like minded business owners.

🚀 The icing on the cake was a brilliant session from James at FJ Digital, showing members how to make Facebook and Instagram work for their business.

Days like today really remind me why The BGA Club is so powerful. 30 plus business owners and growing!

Can I ask you a direct question?

How happy are you with your business right now?

Not the answer you'd give at a networking event.

Because if we're honest, many business owners are working harder than ever, yet still feel stuck.

The business is turning over money.

Clients are coming in.

From the outside, everything looks fine.

But behind the scenes?

• The business still relies heavily on you
• Growth has slowed or plateaued
• You're constantly firefighting
• You know things could be better, but you're not sure what to focus on next

Here's what I've learned after working with hundreds of business owners:

Most don't need more information.

They already know enough.

What they're missing is clarity and a plan

The ability to get out of the weeds, look at the business objectively, and identify the few things that will make the biggest difference.
