Nothing like a spooky quiz to get in the spirit of Halloween 🎃

Our member businesses were instructed they must take on this challenge alone, if they dare! Our Customer Experience Coordinator, Dan, really did give them a hauntingly good performance as quiz master!

What a scorcher of a day! ☀️

We couldn't have asked for better weather today for our Summer Garden Party at Hethel Engineering Centre. The deck chairs were a big hit with the businesses on site, just don't expect to look graceful getting out of them...

Huge thanks to for keeping us cool with the delicious ice cream!

How many people get to say that their workplace has a community woodland?

Us, we get to say it! There are many things which make unique, from the fact that it's a redeveloped RAF airbase surrounded by rolling countryside, the thriving STEAM businesses based here, to the high-quality on-site coffee shop Javabean. The community woodland however, provides a real escape during the working day.

According to Mental Health First Aid England Key Workplace Mental health Statistics 2024, 79% of employees experience moderate to high stress levels at work and with signs of burnout becoming more common, employee wellbeing is becoming a priority for business owners to make sure they get the balance right.

💡 Have a read of our latest blog, looking at what makes a business community thrive for wellbeing and growth, and how we're working to achieve the balance at Scottow Enterprise Park: https://buff.ly/F11SGFu
