Jenny Davies is our Colleague of the Month.

Unwavering positivity is in plentiful supply when Jen is around. Jen, who is the Assistant Soft Services Manager at our leading car manufacturer client’s site, “has an infectious personality” and “gives the team an extra boost” at this very busy plant in Deeside. Simple but effective initiatives have been introduced by Jen, such as a regular team coffee and catch-up, to give the whole team a feeling of being involved and valued. She has “fitted into the team like a jigsaw piece,” says our happy client.
