Operation Sceptre 18th–24th May is underway in the UK🚨

This week marks the national Knife Crime Awareness Week. Police forces and community partners across the UK are stepping up enforcement, education, and weapon sweeps to keep our streets safe.

As part of this week of action, Surrey Police are highlighting permanent, anonymous knife amnesty bins available across the county. If you have unwanted, old, or dangerous bladed items, you can surrender them at any time with zero questions asked and no personal details required.

Staines: Police Station (Kingston Road)

Caterham: Police Station (Timber Hill Road)

What an incredible first day at Royal Windsor Racecourse 🐎

Thank you to everyone who helped make it such a success, from the team working tirelessly in the run-up to the first day of the season, those on the ground representing the team yesterday, as well as and all the suppliers who supported us.

Great first day at Security & Policing 2026 at the Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre.

It was a brilliant opportunity for the team to connect with partners, colleagues and organisations from across the security and policing community, and to hear about the work being done across the sector.

As close protection and security specialists working alongside public sector organisations, these events are such a great space to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships and stay close to the challenges the sector is facing.
