On the 25th of November 2015, we had the pleasure of hosting a Generation Y research round-table presentation on 'Women in the City'. We explored factors into what might make a woman to consider moving away from a career track which may have led to a senior management role in both Law and Banking. After conducting research among 651 City workers aged between 21 and 35 years old we uncovered some fascinating stats and had a great time engaging with our clients discussing issues and current themes.
