That's where I come in.

Hi, I'm Carrie — founder of Veritas & Vivere. With a background in healthcare, I've spent years working with people who needed patience, discretion, and a calm head in complicated situations. Turns out, those skills are also incredibly useful when your mum has forgotten her password for the fourteenth time this month.

Here's what I actually do:
I untangle email inboxes that have taken on a life of their own. I book appointments before they become urgent. I fill in forms that look terrifying but really aren't — once you know what you're doing. I help older adults shop online without accidentally buying three of something from a website that may or may not be based in a shed. I rescue documents from carrier bags, shoeboxes, and that drawer everyone has. I set up video calls so families separated by distance can actually see each other's faces. And I provide gentle, jargon-free tech support that never — ever — makes anyone feel silly for asking.

I visit clients at home within 15 miles, or we work together remotely from the comfort of wherever you happen to be.

The serious bit (because it matters):
I'm Enhanced DBS checked for adults and children, and HMRC registered. Your trust — and your data — is safe with me.

The not-so-serious bit:
I have yet to meet an inbox I couldn't tame, a form I couldn't decode, or a sticky-note password system I couldn't improve upon.
