Unfortunately, all log deliveries this week have been cancelled following a devastating fire at our unit this morning.

The whole building has gone up in flames, and we’ve lost hundreds of bags of logs. The fire brigade are currently dealing with the fire, and we’re still unsure of the damage to the building and equipment or when we’ll be able to start delivering again.

Thankfully, everyone is safe and okay, which is what matters most ❤️

Please bear with us while we work through everything. We’ll be in touch with customers next week and share an update here once we know more.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and support. As a family business, this is heartbreaking for us, and we’re so sorry to everyone waiting on a delivery.

What does “Ready to Burn” actually mean? 🪵🔥

It means our logs have a moisture content of 20% or less, so they’re dry enough to burn efficiently straight away.

We regularly moisture-test our logs to make sure they continue to meet the correct standard. This gives you more heat, less smoke and better value from every bag.
