At Banco, our customers, colleagues and communities are at the heart of what we do. If you have booked a survey or a valuation, you can choose whether you will be at home or not and we can assure you that all our surveyors:

1) Are healthy and free from any symptoms relating to Covid-19
2) Will wear latex gloves
3) Will maintain social distancing
4) Will make minimal contact on surfaces

CORONA VIRUS STATEMENT
Banco Surveyors has been closely monitoring the situation regarding Coronavirus, as well as following advice from the government and World Health Organisation to ensure the safety of our clients and surveyors.

Considering recent events, and in accordance with many of our peers, we have made the decision to halt all physical property surveys – until further notice. Whilst we are still able to conduct Remote Valuations, these appraisals will only be carried out on a case-by-case basis.

During this period, we will also be operating with a reduced workforce. If you have already booked-in a survey, and we haven’t already made contact with you, we would ask that you contact us as soon as possible in order to reschedule appointment – please note that the normal terms and conditions will apply during this period.

As a company, we are still doing our utmost to support all existing customers and clients by following emerging information and Government guidance. Once these restrictions are lifted, you can rest assured that we will be here to service any of your surveying needs. Over the coming days, we will be posting any new developments or changes to our services.
