I asked my gorgeously inspirational and Queen vibe client what impact she has seen on her business/lifestyle since working with me and this is what she said...

“So. Much. More. Time. Even though admin tasks might only take ‘a few minutes’ (it's never just a few is it really haha) here and there, it all adds up and was sucking not just time but energy from my day! Now when I'm working, I don't think twice about delegating to Catherine because I know no task is too much or too small for her. She has helped me feel so much more calm, productive, organised and focused in my business. This has meant I have way more energy for my clients and my business is continuing to grow and expand even though I'm actually at my desk for less hours! I've now got so much more flexibility in when I work and how much I work. I love that if I'm low on energy or just fancy a chilled out day, I can do the tasks that need me and leave the rest because I know Catherine has it all sorted! I can finish my work day feeling calm and stress free because if I haven't got round to anything, I can let her know and she'll pick it up that week. I call her my admin angel, she really does feel like an angel swooping in to say, ‘Don't worry I'll sort that’ 😇”

Each client may have a unique way of working and often they can be using apps and software that you haven’t come across before... This shouldn’t be a daunting experience, but one of excitement that it’s time to expand on your skill set and learn something new.

It is most definitely ok to say you don’t know how to do something! What will make you attractive to prospective clients is your attitude about it... Your visible willingness to learn and the bubbling confidence you have in your ability!

Remember... There once was a time we didn’t know what Canva even was, let alone how to use it 👀

Next time you’re on a discovery call and you get asked if you’ve got experience in something that you haven’t... I hope this helps with your answer 🤩

My week off will be exactly that, immersed in make believe worlds, birthdays and Easter egg hunts 🐰

This is exactly what I need and I know after a week of care free fun I’ll be back with a bang and ready to welcome in the second chapter of my business baby, Mrs VA!

This week off signifies the end of chapter one... I haven’t took a minute since I set out on this journey and I’m also going to take the next week to reflect on what I’ve built so far.

Well I had a lovely little surprise this weekend...

The prettiest letterbox delivery of flowers arrived for me 💜

A client of mine sent them with a card noting their gratitude for my support in their business 🌸🥰

I’m totally blown away by their kind and thoughtful gesture!

When you work with your dream clients you are fully invested in their mission and success and just being a part of it is thanks enough but to receive this random act of kindness really warmed my heart 🥰

3 small things I do everyday that make me feel good...

i) Make the beds 🛏

The day just doesn’t start for me until the beds are made... Who knew straightening some sheets could make you feel so good but it really does! Super fresh!

ii) Get outdoors 🌿

I like to eat my lunch then head outdoors for a 20/30 minute walk to get some steps in and lots of fresh air! Working from home and sitting at my desk most of the day makes me crave being outside even more!

iii) Read 📚

It’s been years since I’ve read a book in less than a week, it’s good going if I can read one in a month (or two) but I try pick my book up everyday, even if it’s just to read a couple of pages.

I’d love you to share something you do everyday to feel good in the comments... It may really inspire someone to do the same and to make them feel good too 💛
