I’ve been a little quiet on here over the past few months, now you all know why, following our little announcement - it’s meant I’ve been keeping my diary a little quieter 🍼👩🏼‍🍼

However a few weeks ago my husband following a football accident had his right elbow reconstructed via a 6 hour surgery (he is on the mend but it’s a long road to recovery) ❤️‍🩹

Today I managed to find the time (and energy) to make some home made Lemon Meringue Tarts & Meringue Kisses - Safe to say it was lovely to get back at it 👩🏼‍🍳🧁

I am SO proud of this cake and how it turned out, I don’t usually commit to Wedding cakes as they are so time consuming with my full time job.

But this one was special, it was for one of our Bridesmaids & Groomsman - Mollie & Patrick.

I couldn’t resist making a cake for there special day.
