NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Member,
On behalf of the Directors of Hainault Business Park Ltd, I am pleased to invite you to attend the Annual General Meeting of Hainault Business Park Ltd.

This AGM will also provide an update on the first year of the new BID term following the successful renewal ballot and outline key projects planned through to 2031.
The AGM provides an opportunity for members to receive an update on the activities and performance of Hainault Business Park BID during the past year, review the Company's financial position, hear about projects planned for the coming year and raise any questions directly with the Board.

If you are unable to attend but would like a matter raised at the meeting, please submit your question in writing before the AGM.

Next Thursday is the last breakfast meeting until September. It is at Cafe 7/11 on the Acorn center. Grab a coffee, meet others and voice your thoughts . We may even have visitors from Redbridge Rates dept. If you cannot attend, remember you have been invited to the AGM in July, as well but we will need an rsvp.
