The Appin Solutions work vehicle is heading into the garage at the end of this week for some warranty work, along with an investigation into why, every now and then, it refuses to go into Drive or Reverse—definitely a critical issue! 😆

The joys of driving an electric car!

In the meantime, I've been booked into a courtesy car, for which I'm very grateful. That said, it'll be interesting to see if I can remember how to put petrol in a car and, more importantly, how to drive a manual!

🌟 Great Evening at the Highland Construction and Property Dinner! 🌟

We had a fantastic time at the Highland Construction and Property Dinner on Friday, 22nd November, at the Drumossie Hotel in Inverness.

It was an incredible opportunity to connect with old and new friends and to celebrate the vibrant construction and property sector in the Highlands.

Appin Solutions was delighted to host a table at the event, and we're grateful to have been part of such a well-organized and impactful evening.

The atmosphere was buzzing!

Delighted to have been included in the Johnstons of Elgin internal magazine "The Yarn", celebrating the project that I was involved with for Ethos Safety Ltd.

Ethos-Safety were appointed to provide Health and Safety Site Management services for the client, and in our collaborative approach, Graeme Clark asked me (Appin Solutions) to assist with providing the Site Management.

This was such a great project for me to be involved with, I met and worked with some fantastic people, gained a lot more on site experience and remembered just how much I love being on site! ❤️

Having finished providing Site Management in Elgin, last week it was onto assisting with providing Health and Safety Supervision at a Distillery shut-down in Moray for our valued client Ethos Safety Ltd.

Great experience and in a lovely setting, working with a great team! 😁

I've just realised I haven't posted on the Appin solutions page for a while. Partly due to being on holiday in sunny Crete for a week, but largely due to being on site in Elgin.

I was out taking some progress photo's this morning and I'm not one to generally take a great photo, but this one I took caught my eye, with the reflection of the steel frame in the water lying on the slab.

Today's heavy rain produced a pretty cool photo! 😁

Appin Solutions are providing Site Management services to our valued client Ethos-Safety Ltd on a project in Elgin.

This is a really exciting commercial project to be involved in and I've certainly enjoyed the challenge of commercial v's my normal residential project, learning new things every day and working with a great team on site makes it even more of a pleasure to be here.

I could live without the hailstone down pours we've had this morning though!! Thank goodness for a hard hat. 😜
