Due to continued expansion CA Engineering Scotland Ltd are looking to recruit a recovery operative to join the team.
This role will include a mixture of heavy and light recovery work. The ideal candidate would need to hold a clean class 1 license, hold a valid CPC, be mechanically minded, be willing to undertake other tasks within the company, take great pride in equipment, treat customers vehicles/equipment like it’s your own, hard working and be willing to work as part of a great team.
All vehicles are based at our Westhill depot.
Odd nights out may be required.
Weekend work will be required.

The ideal candidate will receive -

We are looking for hard working men or women to join the company and work as a team and get the job done safely and efficiently and also maximise driving hours correctly so the truck can be used to its full potential. Also would need to work Saturday when required during busy periods.

We have tippers spare with day cabs home to the yard every night
Also spare sleeper cabs for nights out when required available

Mechanic/tester for our busy workshop, carrying out all types of repairs and service work to a varied range of makes, models and ages, clean work environment with regularly updated, modern equipment.

This role:

🔹Monday to Friday - 8-5 - the ideal candidate will WANT overtime , paid at overtime rate - not flat rate!

🔹Based at Insch AB52

🔹MOT tester - ideally, but not mandatory to apply for the role - can be put through testers course if the successful applicant wishes.

🔹 Rate will depend on experience - must have at least 5 years experience.
