As we move towards the end of 2024, I know salons are busier than ever right now! And others are winding down, whichever part of the industry you are in, well done for the hard work, dedication and perseverance you have shown throughout the last year.

I also wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of the salons that took up the Midas exceptional customer service training in 2024.
I have been fortunate to coach salon teams from London, home Counties, Scotland as far as Saudi and the incredible city of Dubai, my coaching programs have been welcomed internationally.

I thoroughly enjoy coaching, it is my 'calling' I am grateful for the opportunity to enjoy every moment, with everyone I have been fortunate to meet.

Remember, eye contact and a genuine smile are key to a positive start! Also your client will make their mind up within 3-4 seconds if they like you or not! So make every impression an excellent one.
