The Shotover K1 is a 6-axis, gyro-stabilised camera system used for high-end motion picture, IMAX and digital broadcast. Think Jurassic World, Spectre, Dunkirk and the most recent Terminator installment. Mounted on a helicopter and you've got the ultimate aerial fiming hardware that's recongnised with a Scientific & Engineering Academy Award... so a very serious, rare and expensive bit of kit!

The Shotover's modular frame is carbonfibre, but for its next mission a dark, non-reflective finish was required. Using 3M 2080 series film in matt grey, WrapApply completed a full exterior transformation; a clean, precise wrap that ensures a seamless, low-glare surface that won't interfere with the optics or the shot... we're really proud of this!
