I’ve received so much positive feedback about the new website. It’s really heart warming to know that all of the work that went into this project is being well received and appreciated. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to the web designer Swof Media and no less a debt to Alison Calcutt of AMC Secretarial Services for her skills and advice concerning the content and illustrations. I recommend Alison for all things clerical and business.

Why did I want to build a new site?

For many people the prospect of starting on a journey with therapy is daunting. It’s natural to want answers to the questions and reservations that crop up. I often get asked ‘what can you help me with?’, ‘is hypnotherapy safe?’ and ‘will I be awake during therapy sessions?’

I wanted to provide a resource that would provide information on the processes of hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT, the benefits for you and reassure you that you remain in control during the therapy sessions.

FACT: All clients are not created equal. This is something many virtual assistants understand a little too well! 😅

But why is that?? Why is…

👎 Having a roster full of nightmare business owners

👎 Being low-balled and undervalued

This is one for all my fellow Virtual Assistants. I wanted to pop on to recommend Chantelle Davison's VA Copy Club.

We categorise people based on what we know them for, what they’re famous for or what we believe they’re capable of, because putting people into boxes makes us comfortable that we know who to go to for what.

And in some ways, that’s great! Sticking to a very specific niche, role or zone of genius can be a powerful and brilliant way to build a business… but as a virtual assistant, things aren’t quite so black and white.

For many clients, I’m their go-to person for all manner of issues, challenges and questions. They come to me with what they need, and if I can’t do it myself, I’ll point them in the right direction.

Because the FANTASTIC thing about having a VA on your team? We’re all part of a community! And boy are we well connected…
