For many years Kidlington Network has held regular monthly breakfast meetings with an inspirational speaker, a good breakfast and the chance to meet and learn from new people. Whatever your background, whether you live, learn or work in Kidlington, Kidlington Network will help you grow, meet new people and learn more about Kidlington. Kidlington Connections Breakfast Meeting
Friday 27th March 2026 7.30am - 9.00am
At Nexus Cafe at Unit IQ6, Oxford Technology Park, Langford Lane, Kidlington OX5 1GN.

Open to all businesses in Kidlington Woodstock and surounding areas. Supporting local businesses and community of Kidlington by bringing people together in a local setting to share ideas and knowledge.

Oxford Duplication Centre are looking for a new member of staff to join their small, busy and friendly team as a Scanning Technician for upto 30 hours per week. The role includes scanning a wide variety of media, which include photographic film, books and documents; some of which are very fragile.

The successful candidate must be happy with repetition, be organised and have a good eye for detail. Full training will be given.

We can offer hours to suit you during our office opening hours of Monday to Friday 8am and 4pm (3pm on Fridays). We would also be open to offering more hours as the role develops.

We are Hiring: Archive and Scanning Technician Role upto 30hrs. Local Kidlington business.

Would you like to work for a growing Digital Archive company? If so, Oxford Duplication Centre Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who work well in a team, who are eager to learn new skills and can work on their own initiative whilst thriving in a busy fast-paced office environment.

Oxford Duplication Centre Ltd are one of the leading companies in the UK that specialise in digitising audio-visual tapes, photographic film, and document conversions for corporate, consumer and heritage clients.

Our services convert confidential, private, and archival records and media for leading companies that include Kew Gardens, Aston Martin Heritage Trust, Blenheim Palace the Oxford University.
We have access to local public transport links and offer free onsite parking.

Our Archive and Scanning Department are looking for a Scanning Technician to join our growing team. The role will focus on scanning physical media to include books, documents, photographic film, and artwork into digital image formats using various scanning devices. A knowledge of IT is essential as you will be working with PC equipment, operating systems, and applications.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Ability to follow documented processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• A strong attention to detail is essential.
• Careful & sympathetic treatment of documents.
• Must have a flexible work attitude to cope with changing deadlines

Hours of Work / Salary:
We offer a flexible working environment to suit our ideal candidates, with standard working days Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm. Position up to 30hrs per week. Hourly rate dependant upon on experience with 28 days holiday.
