Through education, mentoring, competitions, and industry events, she actively empowers emerging talent while helping elevate standards across the wider hairdressing community.

She made history as the first President of the Irish Hairdressing Council and supported the launch of the first nationally recognised hairdressing apprenticeship in Ireland, reflecting her deep commitment to education, growth, and the future of the industry.
From mentoring young stylists and leading an award winning salon to opening the prestigious Alternative Hair Show in London and representing Ireland internationally as part of Team Ireland, bringing home both individual and team medals, her achievements are remarkable. She is also a two time overall winner of Best of the Best Irish Hairdresser of the Year.
