We’re hiring a Business Development Executive to join one of Surrey’s top Recruitment Agencies! This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with sales, business development or telesales experience who enjoys building relationships and generating new business.

💼 The role includes:

• Connecting with businesses via LinkedIn, social media & job boards
• Following up warm leads
• Building a strong client pipeline
• Supporting marketing campaigns
• Visiting new & existing clients
• Negotiating terms and qualifying vacancies
• Working closely with Consultants and our marketing team

✅ Ideal candidate:

• Previous sales, business development or telesales experience
• Recruitment industry experience preferred
• Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
• Organised and target-driven
