Providing help, advice & support for women in Yorkshire who dream of running their own business. If If so our free She Can Shine Programme might just be for you!

Making working for yourself dreams a reality for women in Yorkshire by joining our free 'She Can Shine Business Start Up Programme'.

- Do you live in Yorkshire? We offer a mix of online and in p

erson sessions to get your business from an idea to reality. Our second She Can Shine Programme offers 20 women the chance to receive 6 months free workspace in the fabulous and supportive environment of Shine. Our first group of She Can Shine participants have gone on to start up a range of businesses such as a:
- Chocolatier
- Cook
- Yoga Teacher
- Coach
- Fashion Design and Manufacturer
- Yurt Rental and more! She Can Shine provides you with access to local businesses who will inspire you, women who have taken that step to develop a new life that wraps around childcare and other responsibilities and, enables them to have the freedom that having their own business can bring. Our programme gives you the opportunity to work through a potential idea and get information on how to take it forward from experts in business planning, finance and marketing. How it works:
4th April (on ZOOM 10.00-12.00)
Introductory session. Work through your idea(s), meet inspirational women and get an understanding of what business entails.

22nd April (on ZOOM 10.00-11.30)
Basic business planning and marketing.

20th May (on ZOOM 10.00-11.30)
Business structures and finance

25th May (in person 11.30-1.00 at Shine Leeds)
How to network.

23rd November (in person 11.30 -1.00 at Shine Leeds)
Final session pulling all you have leant together and taking it to the next stage. Following the last session in May, Shine will provide free workspace for 20 women for the remainder of the year. She Can Shine is open to any woman in the Yorkshire Region. By signing up to the free She Can Shine support programme, you agree to us sharing your email and details regarding how your business idea is progressing with our Sponsor NatWest.
