Incorporate leash/loose leash walking throughout your dog’s life so if they do need to be on the lead for whatever reason - they understand how to be!

Things you can do with your dogs whilst on shorted restricted exercise - Part 1 - lots of enrichment games and training can be done and they can still enjoy walks being on the lead until they recover! Hey guys, I thought I’d do a re-introduction since I probably have done one in about 4 years haha! Welcome✨ I’m Anna Jessop, owner of Balance Vet Physio + my other business venture in Sport massage called Balanced Wellness Leeds. 1st video - 2 weeks post R sided Hemilaminectomy T12-L1 after grade 2 intervertebral disc protrusion leaving Buddy paralysed in his hindlimbs. Very wobbly and severe ataxia - could not walk without the sling. 2nd and 3rd video - (2nd physio app) given proprioceptive exercises to increase nerve regeneration- can walk without sling although very ataxic still. 4th video - (3rd session) can walk without the sling!!!
