I have some good news and some... different news.

Good news: The Hub desks are fully booked. Every single one. 🎉🎉

When I started this, I just wanted to create an affordable, pressure-free workspace for solo business owners. Turns out, a lot of you needed exactly that.

Different news: That means if you've been thinking about booking a desk, you'll need to join a waitlist (coming very soon).

But here's the thing -
If you're someone who needs accountability and community more than you need a physical desk every week, Hub+ membership might actually be perfect for you.

It's what I created for people who:
- Don't want to commute every week but still need support
- Love the idea of working alongside others without the logistics
- Want flexibility over fixed desk bookings

For £15/month you get:

→ Parking: £10+ per day (if you can find it)

The Hub (Yeadon):
→ Day pass: £10
→ or Hub+ membership: £15/month (optional)
→ Parking: Free

I'm not saying city centre spaces aren't worth it. For some people, they absolutely are.

But if you're a freelancer, solo business owner, or home worker who just needs:
• Somewhere quiet to focus
• A desk that isn't your kitchen table
• No networking obligations
..then you probably don't need to spend £125+ per month.

Here's the thing about working solo that nobody talks about:

The silence.

Not in a peaceful, zen way. In a 'I haven't spoken to another human all day and it's 4pm' way.

You can have the best business in the world, love what you do, and still feel completely isolated when you're the only person in your 'office' day after day.

Working from home is brilliant for flexibility. But it's rubbish for accidental human interaction.

Sometimes you just need another person to exist in the same room. Not to network with. Not to pitch to. Just... to be there.

Parking: Good luck finding it (and affording it)

Don't get me wrong - those spaces are brilliant if that's what you need. Professional, polished, right in the thick of it.

But what if you just need somewhere quiet to work that doesn't cost half your monthly income?

What if you don't need panoramic views and networking events? What if you just need a desk, decent coffee, and to get out of the house?
