Showsec, the leading crowd management and event security provider, has a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to join us across the South Coast.

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading teams at some of South Coast's most prestigious venues.

📍 South Coast
✔️ Salary of 31,895 per annum
✔️ 40 hours a week
✔️ 24 days annual leave + 8 days public holiday + your birthday off
✔️ Employer pension contributions of 5% (Royal London)
✔️ Additional ‘holiday payment’ of 2% salary paid annually*
✔️ Access to BUPA private medical cover*
✔️ A range of valuable medical and practical support services through out Employee Assistance Programme
✔️ Non-contractual Bonus
✔️ Long service recognition award

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing management and onsite support at some of the UK’s biggest events, as well as stadium shows up and down the country! Join us, and you’ll become part of a fast-paced team that provides a vital function in supporting the continued success of Showsec.

📍 UK-wide
✔️ Salary of £31,895 per annum (pro-rata for 3 months) per annum
✔️ 3-month fixed-term contract, including weekends and evenings
✔️ 24 days + 8 days public holiday + your birthday day off (pro-rata)
✔️ Employer pension contributions of 5% (Royal London)
