This weekend I swapped property auctions for the power of hypnosis… 💡

I attended the Power of Hypnosis with Dr Richard Bandler & Dr Paul McKenna and honestly, it was fascinating.

The mind is probably the most valuable “property” we will ever own!! yet most of us spend more time renovating houses than renovating our own thought patterns. 💪🏽

The biggest takeaway?

Sometimes the thing holding us back isn’t lack of ability, opportunity or ambition.💋
It’s the internal script we keep replaying without even realising it.

And once you understand how the brain creates beliefs, fears, habits and confidence… you start realising just how much of success is actually mental architecture.

Basically, I went for personal development and came out mentally refurbishing my subconscious. No planning permission required. 🧠✨💙

A powerful weekend, a lot of learning and a reminder that before we build businesses, portfolios or empires… we have to build ourselves first.🙏🏽
