Our live workout schedule in the wellness boost group is:
Tuesdays at 7.30pm
Thursdays at 6am
Saturdays at 7am
Each workout stays in the group for 30 days so you can easily catch up on them and repeat them.
You get fabulous workouts, support and accountability 💪❤️
