Good morning world 🫶🥰 copper has been a bit naughty recently and I think it’s due to him not having any friends staying over 🤣🙈 he’s settled down now and off to his Nana’s next week whilst I’m away 😍🐶

✨ No two days are ever the same in my job, and that’s one of the things I love most about what I do! ✨

My role is so diverse because every person I support has their own individual needs, goals and challenges. One day I might be building a coffee table for a client 🪛, the next we’re off to Tesco to pick up some shopping 🛒, then I’m helping someone care for their home by cleaning their beautiful new wooden floors 🧹.

Another day, I’m supporting someone with targeted exercises to improve fine motor skills, hand function, grip strength and functional dexterity — helping to maintain and develop the physical abilities that support independence in everyday life. 💪

This is what I love about my work. It’s not just about completing tasks; it’s about understanding the person, recognising their abilities, supporting their individual goals and finding practical ways to make a positive difference to their quality of life. ❤️

From everyday practical support to rehabilitation-focused activities, every little achievement matters, and no two people need exactly the same thing.

My passion is therapy-led, person-centred rehabilitation care, helping people maintain their independence, build confidence and get the most out of everyday life.

And honestly? I wouldn’t want my job to be any other way! 🥰

✨ Exciting times ahead for my business! ✨

It’s been a busy few weeks welcoming new clients, continuing my EFT training, and today attending a Reiki retreat day to help me decide whether to progress to Level 2. I’m excited to share that I’ve decided to take that next step in January 2027! 💫

Once qualified, I’ll hopefully be able to start offering Reiki sessions to you all! 😱😁

2027 is all about growth, learning and following my passion. ❤️ My focus is on rehabilitation-focused, therapy-led care, combining my experience with holistic approaches to support people in the best way possible.

I’m continuing to develop my skills in EFT and other holistic therapies, and although some things may take a little longer, I’m enjoying every step of this journey.

Being able to expand what I offer and bring these therapies into my business makes me so excited for what the future holds. 🌿✨

I’m truly grateful for the opportunities I have, the people I support, and the chance to keep growing both personally and professionally.

Here’s to new beginnings, new skills and an exciting 2027! 🥰💚

But I still think it’s the best decision I ever made! I absolutely love my work! I get to meet and spend time with beautiful people and help make their lives easier plus lots of doggy cuddles in between with the boarding too. I genuinely love what I do 🥰
