We are seeking local feedback on community facilities in Marton as part of early-stage work on a potential proposal for a village-scale community convenience store, Post Office and small play area.

The proposal is currently being considered through the Local Planning Authority’s pre-application process, and we are keen to understand local views on community services such as access to everyday shopping, Post Office facilities and play provision.

This is not a planning application, and no decisions have been made. The survey is intended to help ensure any proposal is appropriately focused on local community needs.
