Thankyou to all my lovely patients for their support, it truly means the world.

As in previous years, I have made a charitable donation in lieu of Christmas cards.

2025 has been a very busy year out on the road seeing all of my lovely patients.

It really is a joy and a privilege to spend time with them all, they have their individual characters, stories to tell, advice to give, recipes to share or jokes to crack.
Sometimes I can get to say a final Goodbye, and it's always a wrench, sometimes goodbyes aren't possible and it's always a shock, but each person leaves their footprints on my heart.

This year's donation has been made to Cruse Bereavement Support and is made in loving memory of Dave, Beryl, Phillip, Janet, Jaqui, Michael and Linda ❤️

Or as I like to call them, Mr Whippys.

These must be approached with caution, taking care to detect and avoid any vascular tufts, and checking for signs of wounds/infection that may be present beneath, as you take them down slowly, ensuring the patients comfort at all times.

Sick of hearing me huff and puff about lack of storage in the sterilisation station, Mr R and his tool box came to the rescue...a few swear words later and I have a lovely new organised storage area for all my foot paraphernalia 👍🦶

Christmas approaches and another year of mobile clinic draws to a close. As many of you know, in lieu of Christmas cards I make a charitable donation. This year that donation is to Mind, and is in memory of patients who have passed away in 2024. Being invited into peoples homes, getting to know them, sharing laughter, and sometimes tears, is a privilege. They all leave their footprints on my heart, and I think of them often.
