Once again today I have had to step in to protect a staff member from rude almost aggresive behaviour from a customer, this will not be tolerated, we are working very hard under quite trying circumstances at the moment and are doing everything possible to get your laundry on time, barging in and throwing down separating barriers is totally out of line, we have them there to stop people helping themselves to wrong laundry, please respect us as people, we aren’t there to be abused, we do the work for you but we are by no means obliged to be whipping posts when you’re having a bad day, while this is few and far between it has happened twice in 2 weeks and twice is twice to much, thank you to the majority of our customers who are lovely and we appreciate you even more when things like this happen 😊
