Think your email list is too small to bother with? Think again!
I hear this quite often from small business owners…
"I've only got 50 people on my email list."
"There's no point sending a newsletter when I've only got 100 subscribers."
"I'll start email marketing properly when I've built a bigger list."
But here's the thing…
You don't need thousands of subscribers to make email marketing worthwhile!
I'd much rather have 100 people on my email list who are genuinely interested in what I do than 5,000 people who never open my emails.
Because it's not just about how many subscribers you've got.
It's about the relationships you're building with them.
Think about it…
💌 Someone has chosen to give you their email address because they're interested in what you have to say.
💌 They've invited you into their inbox, which is actually quite a privilege when you think about it!
💌 They might not be ready to work with you today, but that doesn't mean they won't be in three months' time.
And that's where a little consistency can make a huge difference.
You don't need to bombard people with emails or constantly try to sell them something.
Instead, try:
✨ Sharing a helpful tip or piece of advice.
✨ Answering a question your ideal clients often ask.
✨ Giving them a little behind-the-scenes look at your business.
✨ Sharing something useful that makes their working day easier.
✨ Letting them know how you can help when the time is right.
And if you've got a lovely welcome email sequence set up in MailerLite, you can start building those relationships automatically from the moment someone joins your list.
Your email list doesn't need to be huge. It just needs to be filled with the right people.
So please don't ignore those 50 subscribers while you're waiting for another 500!
They've already shown an interest in your business. ❤️
I'm curious… do you regularly email your subscribers, or is your email list currently sitting there gathering digital dust? 😂
No judgment here! 👇
