With direct access from the shingle garden onto the beautiful beach of Shoreham by Sea, the dark timber clad location house sits on a large corner plot, allowing light to flood through the crittal style windows and doors into the open plan living area. Throughout the ground floor is a poured concrete floor and natural paint washed walls. The rooms are defined by walls that introduce interesting angles and play on light. The open plan kitchen is created by cast concrete, whilst a smaller, utility kitchen creates a more tradition feel. Within this space there is a two way stove and a simple seating area. Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom, leading onto a walled garden through original crittal French doors, a bathroom, a snug room and a large hallway.

The first floor is accessed up a modern oak staircase opening up into a light filled space with views out across the beach and beyond to the sea. Two bedrooms are located either side, also with sea views. Both bedrooms lead into large, high ceiling shower rooms, with concrete cast sinks, although they mirror each other style wise, one has dark concrete washed walls, whilst the other is a natural lighter shade.
